Policies:
Tickets will be disperesed at registration. No on registration on site and no registration after June 2, 2025. Tickets are non-transferable.
Submission Method:
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to: carrouselssacramento@gmail.com.
- Please note that refund requests submitted after June 1, 2025, will not be honored. Ensure that your request is sent within the specified time frames to be eligible for a refund.
